With decades of experience in farming and ranching across South Texas, he understands firsthand the challenges of managing large properties, controlling invasive vegetation, preparing hunting leases, and keeping agricultural operations running smoothly throughout Texas’s diverse landscapes and changing conditions. 

Those years in the field shaped the way Premier Outdoor Drone Services operates today. With that experience, Jay brought something most drone operators are missing: a lifetime of relationships with the people who make Texas agriculture work. Decades spent alongside agronomists, ranch managers, landowners, water district personnel, and suppliers have built a network founded on trust, shared experience, and a deep understanding of the industry.
